J+A works out of Lakeville and covers the towns in Plymouth and Bristol counties and across Cape Cod within an easy drive of the shop. Every town below has its own page — because a well-water farmhouse in Rochester and a steam-heated three-decker in Taunton are not the same job, and quoting them as though they were is how work goes wrong.

We know the housing stock
A cape in Lakeville, a three-decker in Taunton, and a farmhouse in Rochester fail in different ways. Recognizing which one you have before quoting saves everyone a surprise.

Follow-up is a short drive
Systems need adjusting after install. When the shop is fifteen minutes away, coming back to get it right is an errand rather than a negotiation.

No travel surcharge
Pricing does not change by town anywhere in the area we cover. If we say we serve your town, we serve it on the same terms as our own street.
